Najib fails in appeal to set aside Mareva injunction in SRC suit

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 6 — Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has failed to set aside a Mareva injunction obtained by SRC International Sdn Bhd and one of its subsidiaries to restrain him from transferring or dissipating any of his assets amounting to RM42 million.

1MDB obtains Mareva injunction against Najib

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 9 — 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) and one of its subsidiaries have obtained an injunction from the High Court here to stop former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak from disposing of or reducing the value of any of his assets in Malaysia up to US$681 million.
